RETURNS:
Accepted prior to receiving our authorization only.
Must contact us for return authorization within 10 days from the date on the invoice or 7 days from receiving your order.
Merchandise must be received by us in its original condition.
No returns accepted after such dates.
REFUNDS:
Granted if merchandise is returned within terms above.
No refunds after such terms.
After terms above are past, we offer store credit if merchandise is sent back to us and received in its original condition, no later than 15 days from invoice date.
